On February 26th, Locale hosted an evening with Chef Alexa Von Strolley who showcased her skill with a six-course menu, taking guests on a flavourful journey. With each dish artfully crafted to create a true sensory experience, every bite was a testament to her skill and passion for food, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.

Wine pairing was expertly handled by CPJ, featuring Rodney Strong wines that complemented each course beautifully. From the first sip to the final pour, the wines elevated the flavors of Chef Von Strolley’s creations, enhancing the overall dining experience with their depth and nuance.

The event’s design was brought to life by Pussbackfoot, who transformed the venue with a natural colour palette accented by warm burgundy tones. The tablescape, with its earthy hues and understated elegance, created a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, making guests feel as though they were seated at a beautifully curated dinner party rather than a formal event.
